Cnidium + Oxycodone
Oxycodone brand names: OxyContin, Roxicodone, OxyIR, Percolone, Oxecta, and others.
Cnidium has a moderate interaction with Oxycodone. In laboratory research, cnidium has been shown to have sedative and hypnotic effects, possibly related to constituent coumarins.

CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Oxycodone
Oxycodone falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cnidium interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist: oxycodone is a strong opioid pain reliever that already slows down your nervous system, causing drowsiness, slowed breathing, and that foggy, sedated feeling. In lab and animal studies, cnidium (mainly its coumarin compounds like osthole) has shown its own calming, sleep-inducing effects. So in theory, stacking the two could add up and leave you more sedated than expected.
I want to be honest about the evidence, though. This concern comes from laboratory and animal research only, not from studies in people, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Still, since oxycodone can already affect breathing, I wouldn't combine them on your own. Run it past your pharmacist or doctor first, and watch for extra sleepiness or grogginess if you do.

These are real questions from readers, answered by the pharmacists at HelloPharmacist — written by a person, not generated from a database. Each one covers Cnidium or Oxycodone, not necessarily both, but if one is close to what you were about to ask it will usually go further than a database entry can:

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Oxycodone page
“Oxycodone is a potent opioid painkiller, and anything that deepens its sedation can slow breathing itself, which is why this list deserves genuine respect. Of the 145 supplement and herbal ingredients on record, eight rate major, and the biggest cluster by far, 78 ingredients, adds extra drowsiness on top of the opioid's own.”

Cnidium is the dried fruit of an Asian plant long used in traditional Chinese medicine, mostly for skin problems and sexual health. Talk with your pharmacist or doctor before using it, and avoid it during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
About Oxycodone
What Is Oxycodone Used For?
Brand names: OxyContin, Roxicodone, OxyIR, Percolone, Oxecta, OxyNeo
Oxycodone treats pain that is severe enough to need an opioid pain medicine, when other treatments are not enough. Other options include non-opioid pain relievers or opioid combination products.
Some products are for specific situations. Extended-release products (OxyContin, Xtampza ER, and oxycodone extended-release tablets) are for severe, persistent pain that needs daily, around-the-clock treatment. They are not for as-needed use. The 100 mg per 5 mL (20 mg/mL) oral solution is only for opioid-tolerant patients. Oxaydo is labeled for acute and chronic pain.
