Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, chanca piedra might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that methyl brevifolincarboxylate, a constituent isolated from chanca piedra, can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with piroxicam (Feldene): it's an NSAID, and on its own it can make you more prone to bleeding by affecting your platelets and irritating the stomach lining. That's why some folks on long-term piroxicam notice things like easy bruising, stomach upset, or even ulcers.

Chanca piedra theoretically may also nudge your platelets toward less clumping, based only on early lab (test tube) research. This hasn't actually been seen in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, stacking two things that can both thin the blood a little is worth a quick mention. If you notice unusual bruising, black or bloody stools, or stomach pain, loop in your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
