Beer and wine both carry major ratings with celecoxib (Celebrex, Elyxyb) because mixing alcohol with an NSAID raises the odds of stomach and intestinal bleeding, the drug's best-known danger. Two kidney-harming herbs, Siberian cocklebur among them, also rate major, since celecoxib itself puts stress on the kidneys.
