Celecoxib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Vinpocetine interacts with.

Theoretically, vinpocetine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
In vitro research shows that vinpocetine weakly inhibits CYP2C9. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for Celebrex (celecoxib): your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP2C9 to break it down and clear it out. In test-tube studies, vinpocetine appears to mildly block that same enzyme. If that were to happen in real life, celecoxib could hang around a bit longer and build up, which in theory might mean more of its usual side effects, things like stomach upset, fluid retention, higher blood pressure, or a small bump in stomach or kidney risk.

I want to be honest with you though: this is only based on lab research, not on people, so the concern is mostly theoretical and likely small. Still, it's worth a quick mention to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you take celecoxib regularly.

What Is Celecoxib Used For?

Brand names: Celebrex, Elyxyb

Celecoxib capsules and the generic oral suspension treat the signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (AS), and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (JRA) in children 2 years and older. Celecoxib capsules also treat acute pain and primary dysmenorrhea (painful periods) in adults.

ELYXYB (celecoxib oral liquid) is specifically approved for the acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults — but it is not used to prevent migraines. VYSCOXA (celecoxib oral suspension) is not indicated for acute pain or primary dysmenorrhea.
