Cangrelor falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Vinpocetine interacts with.

Vinpocetine might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Clinical research shows that vinpocetine decreases red blood cell aggregation, as well as plasma and whole blood viscosity. This effect has been seen with intravenous vinpocetine 1 mg/kg and oral vinpocetine 30 mg daily. Vinpocetine also seems to have antiplatelet effects.

Here's the thing to know about cangrelor (Kengreal): it's a strong IV blood thinner given in the hospital, usually during a heart stent procedure, to keep your platelets from clumping and forming clots. It's not a pill you take at home, so this isn't something you'd casually pair with a supplement on your own.

Vinpocetine appears to have its own mild blood-thinning and antiplatelet effects, making blood flow a little easier. Stacked on top of cangrelor, the worry is more bleeding or bruising than expected. The evidence here is fairly limited, but bleeding is the main risk with cangrelor anyway. If you take vinpocetine, please tell the care team before any procedure so they can weigh it.
