Vinpocetine + Flurbiprofen
Flurbiprofen brand names: Ansaid, Flurbiprofen, Froben, Flurprofen, Froben SR, and others.
Vinpocetine has a moderate interaction with Flurbiprofen. Theoretically, vinpocetine might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Flurbiprofen
Flurbiprofen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Vinpocetine interacts with.
In vitro research shows that vinpocetine weakly inhibits CYP2C9. However, this effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: your body clears flurbiprofen using a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab (test tube) studies, vinpocetine seems to mildly slow that same enzyme down. If that happened in a real person, flurbiprofen could leave the body a little slower and build up, which might nudge up the usual NSAID side effects like stomach upset, heartburn, an increased chance of stomach irritation or bleeding, fluid retention, or higher blood pressure.
The honest part is that this is only a theoretical concern. It has been seen in a dish, not in people, and the effect looked weak. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but I also wouldn't ignore it. Please run this combination by your pharmacist or doctor before starting vinpocetine, and don't change your flurbiprofen on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Flurbiprofen page
“Anyone taking flurbiprofen (Ansaid), an NSAID pain reliever, should treat this list with genuine care, starting with the entries that pile onto the drug's own weak points, the stomach lining and the kidneys. Drinking alcohol, beer and wine both make the list, raises the chance of stomach bleeding beyond what any NSAID already carries,…”
