Piroxicam falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Ip-6 interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of IP-6 with drugs that affect platelet aggregation may increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro IP-6 can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been demonstrated in humans.

Here's the simple version. Piroxicam (Feldene) is an NSAID, and like other NSAIDs it can make your blood a little slower to clot, which is why it sometimes causes stomach upset, bruising, or bleeding. IP-6 may, in theory, also make platelets slightly less sticky. Stack the two together and you could, on paper, raise the chance of bleeding or bruising a touch.

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is based only on lab and test-tube studies, and it has never been shown to actually happen in people. So it's a maybe, not a sure thing. Still, if you take piroxicam regularly, mention the IP-6 to your pharmacist or doctor, and watch for easy bruising, dark stools, or stomach pain.
