Argatroban falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Ip-6 interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of IP-6 with drugs that affect platelet aggregation may increase the risk of bleeding. In vitro IP-6 can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been demonstrated in humans.

Argatroban is a powerful IV blood thinner (a direct thrombin inhibitor) that hospitals use to prevent clots, often in people who can't take heparin. It's not a prodrug, so its strength doesn't depend on any enzyme to switch it on. The concern here is simply additive: IP-6 has shown in lab dishes that it can make platelets less sticky, and stacking that on top of an already strong anticoagulant could, in theory, tip you toward more bleeding (think easy bruising, nosebleeds, or bleeding gums).

I want to be honest about the evidence though. This effect has only been seen in vitro, never proven in real people, and it's rated unlikely. Since argatroban is given in monitored hospital settings, mention any supplements like IP-6 to your care team so they can keep an eye on things.
