Fezolinetant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Horny Goat Weed interacts with.

Theoretically, horny goat weed might increase the effects and side effects of CYP1A2 substrates.
In vitro, horny goat weed leaf extract inhibits CYP1A2. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the situation with these two together. Fezolinetant (Veozah), the newer non-hormonal medicine for hot flashes, is cleared from your body mainly by a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In test-tube studies, horny goat weed appears to slow that same enzyme down. If that were to happen in a real person, your body might clear Veozah more slowly, letting levels creep up and possibly making side effects like belly pain, diarrhea, trouble sleeping, or elevated liver enzymes more likely.

I want to be honest about how soft this is, though. This is only lab data, and it has never actually been seen in people, so it's more of a theoretical caution than a proven problem. Fezolinetant already requires liver monitoring, so before adding horny goat weed, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
