Each serving of HumanN SuperBeets includes 150mg of grape seed extract (2 chews). Laboratory studies suggest that grape seed extract might have inhibitory effects on the CYP3A4 metabolizing enzyme. If this enzyme is inhibited, drugs metabolized by it may undergo slower metabolism, potentially leading to (in many cases) higher-than-normal drug levels. Elevated drug levels can increase the risk of experiencing side effects. However, it's important to point out that there is no documented or reported instance of this specific interaction occurring in human studies.

HumanN SuperBeets Heart Chews is a dietary supplement that aims to support heart health in a convenient chewable form. The chews include two herbal ingredients: beetroot powder and a proprietary grape seed extract known as Enovita. Beetroot powder provides, among other things, dietary nitrates, which can convert into nitric oxide in the body, supporting healthy blood flow and cardiovascular function. The grape seed extract, Enovita, is a proprietary formulation rich in proanthocyanidins (OPCs) sourced exclusively from grape seeds used in white wine production. OPCs are antioxidants known for potential benefits in promoting heart health and protecting against oxidative stress.
Pomalidomide Overview

Pomalidomide is used in combination with dexamethasone to treat multiple myeloma (a type of cancer of the bone marrow) that has not improved during or within 60 days of treatment with at least two other medications, including lenalidomide (Revlimid) and a proteasome inhibitor such as bortezomib (Velcade) or carfilzomib (Kyprolis). It is also used to treat Kaposi's sarcoma (a type of cancer that causes abnormal tissue to grow on different parts of the body) related to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) after unsuccessful treatment with other medications or in people with Kaposi's sarcoma who are do not have human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Pomalidomide is in a class of medications called immunomodulatory agents. It works by helping the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells in the bone marrow.
