Isopropylnorsynephrine + Dextroamphetamine
Dextroamphetamine brand name: Dexedrine.
Isopropylnorsynephrine has a moderate interaction with Dextroamphetamine. Theoretically, taking isopropylnorsynephrine with stimulant drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
STIMULANT DRUGS
Why this applies to Dextroamphetamine
Dextroamphetamine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Isopropylnorsynephrine interacts with.
Isopropylnorsynephrine is an investigational beta-agonist and a derivative of synephrine and octopamine, which are stimulant constituents of bitter orange. In vitro research shows that isopropylnorsynephrine is a highly selective, direct-acting beta-adrenergic receptor agonist with positive chronotropic effects. Theoretically, isopropylnorsynephrine may also have stimulant effects.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the simple version: dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine) is already a strong stimulant, and isopropylnorsynephrine is a stimulant too. When you stack two stimulants, their effects can pile on top of each other. With this drug, that could mean a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or feeling wired and anxious. In some people that extra strain on the heart is the real worry.
I want to be honest about the evidence, though. This concern is theoretical, based on how these compounds behave in the lab, not on real-world cases. That doesn't mean ignore it. Because isopropylnorsynephrine has very little safety research and your dextroamphetamine dose is carefully set, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Dextroamphetamine page
“Dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine) is a stimulant for ADHD and narcolepsy, and I read this list with genuine wariness. Six of the 129 ingredients rate major, most of them because other stimulants, ephedra being the clearest, pile extra heart rate and blood pressure on top of what the drug already produces.”

About Isopropylnorsynephrine
What is Isopropylnorsynephrine?
- Weight loss and fat burning
- Pre-workout energy and stimulation
- Topical fat reduction (creams and gels)
- Appetite suppression
- Athletic performance
Isopropylnorsynephrine is a synthetic stimulant chemically related to synephrine, marketed mainly in weight-loss and pre-workout supplements. It has very little human safety or effectiveness research, and as a stimulant it may raise heart rate and blood pressure, so caution is strongly advised. Talk with a pharmacist or doctor before using any product that contains it.
About Dextroamphetamine
What Is Dextroamphetamine Used For?
Brand name: Dexedrine
Dextroamphetamine treats two conditions: ADHD and narcolepsy (a sleep disorder causing uncontrollable daytime sleepiness). It is available in multiple forms — tablets, extended-release capsules, oral solution, and a skin patch — and the approved age ranges vary by product.
Oral tablets (Zenzedi, generic) and oral solutions (Procentra, generic) are approved for ADHD in children as young as 3 years old and for narcolepsy. Extended-release capsules (Dexedrine, generic) are approved for ADHD in children ages 6 to 16 and for narcolepsy. Xelstrym, the transdermal patch, is approved only for ADHD — in adults and children ages 6 and older — and is not indicated for narcolepsy.
