Methoxyamphetamine falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Isopropylnorsynephrine interacts with.

Theoretically, taking isopropylnorsynephrine with stimulant drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of adverse cardiovascular effects.
Isopropylnorsynephrine is an investigational beta-agonist and a derivative of synephrine and octopamine, which are stimulant constituents of bitter orange. In vitro research shows that isopropylnorsynephrine is a highly selective, direct-acting beta-adrenergic receptor agonist with positive chronotropic effects. Theoretically, isopropylnorsynephrine may also have stimulant effects.

Here's the simple version: both of these are stimulants, so putting them together is like pressing on the gas pedal twice. Isopropylnorsynephrine revs up the same kind of receptors (beta-adrenergic) that raise your heart rate and blood pressure. Methoxyamphetamine, often called PMA, is itself a powerful and frankly dangerous stimulant, so stacking the two could pile on cardiovascular strain.

In real terms, that means a racing or pounding heart, spiking blood pressure, dangerous overheating, anxiety, and a higher risk of serious heart rhythm problems. I'll be honest, this concern is based on how these drugs work rather than solid human studies, but PMA on its own carries a real risk of harm, and I'd urge you not to combine anything with it without talking to a doctor or pharmacist first.
