Here's the thing to know about pairing Khella with Ziac (which combines bisoprolol with hydrochlorothiazide). This isn't really about how your body breaks down the medicine. Instead, it's about your skin. Khella naturally contains compounds that can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, and the hydrochlorothiazide piece of Ziac is already a well-known offender for the same thing. Stack them together and you may sunburn faster or more severely than you'd expect, even on a mildly sunny day.
