Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS
Why this applies to Linezolid
Linezolid falls under ANTIBIOTIC DRUGS — the group Limosilactobacillus Reuteri interacts with.
L. reuteri preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. reuteri preparations by at least two hours.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Here's the thing to keep in mind with this pairing: it goes the opposite way from what you might expect. Linezolid is an antibiotic, and the probiotic is made of live bacteria. So linezolid can kill off a good chunk of the L. reuteri organisms before they ever get to work. This doesn't make your linezolid less effective or more risky, it's the probiotic that loses its punch.
The simple fix is timing. Try to space them out by at least two hours so they're not bumping into each other in your gut. This is based on how the two work together rather than hard studies, but it's an easy, sensible step. If you have questions, your pharmacist can help you map out a schedule.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Linezolid page
“Linezolid (Zyvox) fights serious infections, but it also blocks an enzyme called monoamine oxidase, which is why I treat this page with real respect. Twenty of the 65 supplements here raise serotonin, and stacking them on linezolid risks serotonin syndrome, a dangerous overload of that chemical.”
