Here's the thing about your tablet: bendroflumethiazide is a thiazide water pill, and these naturally pull potassium out of your body. That's exactly why the potassium is added into this combination product, to help replace what you lose. So your body is already walking a bit of a tightrope on potassium levels.

Now, manna works as a gentle laxative, and if you overdo it, the extra fluid loss through your bowels could chip away at your potassium too. Stacked on top of the diuretic, that might nudge you toward low potassium (hypokalemia), which can show up as muscle cramps, weakness, tiredness, or an irregular heartbeat. I'll be straight with you though: this is a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not strong proof, and it mainly matters with heavy or frequent manna use. Occasional, small amounts are far less likely to cause trouble. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
