Brand name: Durezol

Difluprednate ophthalmic emulsion is used for two main purposes. First, it treats inflammation and pain that occur after ocular (eye) surgery. Second, it treats endogenous anterior uveitis — inflammation of the front part of the inside of the eye that originates from within the body rather than from an outside infection.
