Here's the concern with this combo. Your Phenergan D contains pseudoephedrine, which is itself a stimulant that narrows blood vessels and can bump up your heart rate and blood pressure. Phenpromethamine is a hidden amphetamine-like stimulant that sometimes sneaks into sports and weight-loss products. Stacking two stimulants together can add up, so you might feel jittery, anxious, or notice a racing or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, or trouble sleeping.

To be honest, this is a theoretical warning based on how these drugs work, not on strong clinical studies. But the bigger issue is that phenpromethamine isn't an approved or legitimate supplement ingredient at all. I'd steer clear of any product listing it, and check with your pharmacist if you're unsure.
