Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Propolis interacts with.

Theoretically, high doses of propolis might increase blood levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19.
In vitro research shows that propolis extract can inhibit CYP2C19. However, animal research shows that propolis extract does not significantly affect CYP2C19 activity when administered to rats at doses up to 250 mg/kg. It is postulated that the constituents of propolis that inhibit CYP2C19 in vitro do not have significant effects in vivo due to low bioavailability and hepatic first-pass effect. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Prevpac is a combo pack used to treat H. pylori stomach infections, and it includes lansoprazole, which your body partly clears through a liver enzyme called CYP2C19. The thought here is that propolis, in very high amounts, might slow that enzyme down a little. If that happened, lansoprazole could linger a bit longer, which in theory could mean slightly more of side effects like headache, diarrhea, or stomach upset.

Here's the reassuring part: this is based only on lab dish studies, not real people. In animal tests, propolis didn't meaningfully change this enzyme, likely because not much of it reaches the bloodstream. So everyday propolis use is unlikely to cause a problem. Still, since you're treating an infection, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist before adding concentrated propolis supplements.

Theoretically, high doses of propolis might increase blood levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
Some in vitro research shows that propolis extract can inhibit CYP3A4; however, other in vitro research shows that propolis has no effect on CYP3A4 activity. Furthermore, animal research shows that propolis extract does not significantly affect CYP3A4 activity when administered to rats at doses up to 250 mg/kg. It is postulated that the constituents of propolis that might in inhibit CYP3A4 in vitro do not have significant effects in vivo due to low bioavailability and hepatic first-pass effect. This effect has not been reported in humans.

This Prevpac combo pairs an acid-blocker (lansoprazole) with two antibiotics (amoxicillin and clarithromycin) to clear an H. pylori infection. The one piece worth knowing here involves clarithromycin, which is processed by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In a test tube, some propolis compounds appear to slow that enzyme down, which could in theory let clarithromycin levels creep up. Higher levels might mean more stomach upset, a bad taste in the mouth, diarrhea, or rarely heart rhythm effects.

That said, this is very weak, lab-only evidence, and animal studies showed no real effect. Nothing like this has been reported in actual people, so for most folks normal propolis use is unlikely to cause trouble. Still, it's a short course of treatment, so just mention any supplements to your pharmacist to be safe.
