Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Iloprost
Iloprost falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Red Raspberry interacts with.
In vitro research suggests that red raspberry leaf extract has antiplatelet activity and enhances the in vitro effects of the antiplatelet medication cangrelor. This interaction has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the thing about iloprost (Ventavis): besides relaxing the blood vessels in your lungs, it also has a mild effect of making your platelets less likely to clump together. Red raspberry leaf, based only on early lab studies, may have its own slight platelet-slowing action. Put the two together and the concern is that, in theory, you could bruise or bleed a little more easily.
I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes from test-tube research, not from real people, so we don't actually know if it matters in everyday life. A cup of raspberry leaf tea is unlikely to cause trouble, but if you're using concentrated supplements, mention it to your doctor or pharmacist before changing anything.

Iloprost Is Linked to Lower Levels of One Nutrient
Natural Medicines records Iloprost as a medicine that can lower these. This is not an interaction with Red Raspberry — it is a separate effect of the medicine, and it is a reason some people are advised to supplement rather than to avoid one:
