Moclobemide falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) SUBSTRATES — the group Resveratrol interacts with.

Theoretically, resveratrol might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C19.
In vitro research shows that resveratrol can inhibit CYP2C19 enzymes. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for moclobemide: your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2C19 to help break it down and clear it from your body. In lab (test tube) studies, resveratrol can slow that same enzyme. If that happened in real life, moclobemide could build up a bit higher than usual, which might mean more of its typical effects, things like nausea, trouble sleeping, dizziness, or feeling restless or jittery.

I want to be honest, though: this is only seen in lab research, not in actual people taking both together, so it's more theoretical than proven. Moclobemide is an MAO inhibitor, so I'd lean cautious anyway. Before adding resveratrol, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor so they can keep an eye on how you feel.
