This combination product contains aspirin, which already thins the blood a bit by keeping platelets from clumping together. Lab and animal studies hint that rosemary may also gently slow platelet activity. Put the two together and, in theory, you could see a slightly higher chance of bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach irritation and bleeding (aspirin can be hard on the stomach on its own).

I want to be honest about the evidence here: this is only a theoretical concern from test tube and animal work, not human studies. The pinch of rosemary you cook with is very unlikely to cause any trouble. Concentrated rosemary capsules or extracts are where I'd be more cautious. If you take these daily or are headed for surgery, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Your combination product contains aspirin, which is a salicylate. Here's the wrinkle: rosemary naturally contains small amounts of salicylates too. The thought is that piling rosemary on top of an aspirin product could add a little to your total salicylate load, theoretically nudging up the risk of things aspirin is already known for, like stomach upset, heartburn, or easier bruising and bleeding.

Now, the honest truth: this concern comes from lab and animal data, not from real people, so it's more theoretical than proven. Sprinkling rosemary on your food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated rosemary capsules or extracts are where I'd be a bit more thoughtful. Before adding a rosemary supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor so they can look at your full picture.
