The oxycodone half of Percocet is already a strong sedative. It eases pain but also tends to make people drowsy, foggy, and slow to react, and in higher doses it can slow breathing. The concern here is simple addition: kanna may have mild calming, sedating effects of its own, so pairing the two could leave you more sleepy or lightheaded than the medicine alone would.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical caution based on how kanna seems to behave, not on solid human studies, so don't panic if you've already taken both. Still, since oxycodone is potent, it's worth running this combo past your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them, and avoid driving until you know how you feel.
