Alogliptin, Pioglitazone falls under ANTIDIABETES DRUGS — the group Terminalia Bellirica interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia bellirica with antidiabetes drugs could affect blood sugar control and increase the risk of hypoglycemia.
Animal research suggests that Terminalia bellirica fruit extract, alone or in combination with Terminalia chebula and Indian gooseberry, has hypoglycemic effects. This activity has not been shown in humans.

Oseni combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and pioglitazone, that both work to lower your blood sugar. The concern here is fairly simple: in animal studies, Terminalia bellirica also seemed to push blood sugar down on its own. If that holds true in people, stacking it on top of Oseni could in theory lower your sugar a little too much.

I want to be honest that this is theoretical, based on lab and animal work, not proven in humans. Still, it makes sense to be aware of signs of low blood sugar, like shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling suddenly hungry or confused. If you'd like to try this supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your home glucose readings.
