Here's the idea behind this pairing. Copanlisib (Aliqopa) is a cancer medicine that works partly by calming overactive immune signals that drive your follicular lymphoma. Giloy, on the other hand, has shown immune-boosting activity in lab dishes and animal studies. So in theory, revving up the immune system while you're trying to quiet it down could work against your treatment.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It is a theoretical concern based on how the supplement behaves in the lab, not on real cases in people taking Copanlisib. There is no proof it actually weakens the drug. Even so, since you're being treated for cancer, I'd skip Giloy unless your oncologist or pharmacist gives the okay. Giloy has also been linked to liver injury, which is another reason to check first.
