Here's the idea behind this one. Levodopa/carbidopa works by topping up dopamine in your brain to ease Parkinson's symptoms like tremor and stiffness. Vitex (chasteberry) is thought to nudge dopamine activity too, mostly to lower prolactin. So in theory, taking both could add to that dopamine push and make levodopa's effects, and its side effects, a little stronger. That could mean things like nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness when standing, or more involuntary movements (dyskinesia).

I want to be straight with you, though: this is based only on lab and animal research, not real patient cases, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. Don't change anything on your own. Just give your pharmacist or neurologist a heads-up before adding Vitex so they can keep an eye on you.
