ABC Wild White Cherry Ingredients & Drug Interactions
What is this page for?
First and foremost: checking ABC Wild White Cherry against your medications. The heart of this page is the interaction checker and the full interaction report — how this product’s ingredients may interact with prescription and over-the-counter medicines you may be taking.
Around that, we add a pharmacist’s high-level view of the product as a whole — what’s inside, the evidence for its stated use, how transparent the label is, and what safety data exists — so you can see the full picture in one place. It’s educational information from our licensed clinical databases and the clinical staff at HelloPharmacist — not medical advice — and we don’t sell or endorse products. Our editorial policy

Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
This powder contains 6 active ingredients: three branched-chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine), which are building blocks your muscles use; L-glutamine, another amino acid your body relies on for immune function and gut health; beta-alanine (branded as CarnoSyn), which may support muscle endurance; and citrulline malate, which plays a role in blood flow and energy production. The inactive ingredients are natural and artificial flavors, citric acid, acesulfame-K, and sucralose—common additions used to flavor and preserve the powder.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
L-glutamine is rated effective for sickle cell disease and possibly effective for HIV/AIDS-related wasting, recovery after surgery, and critical illness from trauma. Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn) is possibly effective for athletic and physical performance, but evidence is insufficient to rate it for cognitive decline, COPD, cognitive function, or menopausal symptoms.
For the branched-chain amino acids and citrulline malate, the evidence we hold does not establish effectiveness ratings.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
L-glutamine is rated likely safe during pregnancy and lactation. However, you should use it only under medical supervision if you have kidney or liver disease, and avoid supplement doses unless your doctor recommends them—safety data in healthy adults at supplemental doses is limited.
Beta-alanine is generally well tolerated but commonly causes harmless skin tingling (paresthesia) and flushing, usually starting on the scalp within 20 minutes and lasting about an hour. The safety data advises against beta-alanine during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Oral glutamine may also cause belching, bloating, constipation, diarrhea, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, headache, and gastrointestinal pain.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
If you take anticonvulsant medications (drugs to prevent seizures), double-check with your pharmacist before using this product—L-glutamine may theoretically interfere with how they work. For the other ingredients in this product, no interactions are documented in our data, but that doesn't mean none exist, especially since we cannot check L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and citrulline malate.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This product is designed for athletes and active people looking to support muscle recovery and performance. If you take anticonvulsant medications or have kidney or liver disease, talk with your pharmacist before starting.
Beta-alanine's tingling sensation is harmless but worth knowing about. Check your exact medications on this page before you begin.

ABC Wild White Cherry by Core Nutritionals Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
ABC Wild White Cherry from Core Nutritionals contains one ingredient with documented medication interactions: L-glutamine.
This amino acid may theoretically interfere with anticonvulsant medications (drugs used to prevent seizures). Glutamine is broken down in your body to glutamate, an excitatory brain chemical that could work against how anticonvulsants function—though this interaction hasn't been reported in actual patients yet, and the effect remains theoretical.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
We could not check three other ingredients in this product (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and citrulline malate) because we hold no interaction data for them. Beta-alanine (CarnoSyn) was checked and shows no interactions are documented in our data.
This is not a guarantee that interactions don't exist, only that our monograph found none.
Alongether, these interactions span 50 individual medications. If you take anticonvulsants or any other prescription medication, use the search tool on this page to check your exact drugs before you start.
