HelloPharmacist Scorecard of CoQ10 Adult Gummies Mango by Nature Made
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
This product contains one active ingredient: coenzyme Q10, a compound your cells use to produce energy and protect themselves from damage. The gummies also contain inactive ingredients — corn syrup, sugar, gelatin, citric acid, natural flavors, palm oil, tartaric acid, carnauba wax, and water — that form the gummy base and add flavor.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Coenzyme Q10 is likely effective for treating coenzyme Q10 deficiency. It's possibly effective for fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, congestive heart failure, and diabetic neuropathy (nerve pain from diabetes).
For other uses, we hold no effectiveness data.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Coenzyme Q10 is generally well tolerated by most adults. Gastrointestinal side effects like nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, and appetite suppression can happen but occur in less than 1% of people — dividing doses above 100 mg per day may help minimize them.
Headache, dizziness, insomnia, and rarely skin itching or allergic rash have also been reported. There isn't enough reliable safety data for pregnancy, so it's best to avoid it unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Safety while breastfeeding hasn't been well studied either — talk with your doctor before using this product if you're nursing.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Stop and talk with your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you use warfarin (Coumadin) or other blood thinners — CoQ10 may reduce their effectiveness. If you're on chemotherapy drugs, especially alkylating agents like cyclophosphamide, mention CoQ10 to your oncologist first.
Blood pressure medications also warrant a quick check, since CoQ10 may add to their effects.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with some supporting evidence for its stated purpose. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
CoQ10 may help if you have a coenzyme Q10 deficiency or certain conditions like migraine or heart failure, but you'll want to flag it with your doctor if you take blood thinners, chemotherapy, or blood pressure medications. Check your medications with the tool on this page first, and discuss the product with your own doctor or pharmacist before starting.

CoQ10 Adult Gummies Mango by Nature Made Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
CoQ10 Adult Gummies Mango contains coenzyme Q10, which does interact with medications.
The most serious concern is with blood thinners like warfarin (Coumadin) — coenzyme Q10 may reduce how well warfarin works by counteracting its anticoagulant effect, and a small number of cases of decreased warfarin effectiveness have been reported in the medical literature.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Coenzyme Q10 may also interact with chemotherapy drugs that rely on free radicals to fight cancer cells, such as alkylating agents like cyclophosphamide. The antioxidant properties of coenzyme Q10 could theoretically protect tumor cells from these treatments and reduce their effectiveness.
Additionally, coenzyme Q10 might add to the blood-pressure-lowering effects of antihypertensive medications. Some research shows it can lower blood pressure on its own, though results have been mixed.
Altogether, these interactions span 198 individual medications. Check your exact medications with the search tool on this page before you start, and talk with your doctor or pharmacist if you take any blood thinners, chemotherapy drugs, or blood pressure medications.

For each ingredient in CoQ10 Adult Gummies Mango with known interactions, here are the types of medications it can affect. Open any type for the detail — or search your exact drug in the checker above.
Coenzyme Q10
Alkylating Agents
Coenzyme Q10 has antioxidant effects. Theoretically, this may reduce the activity of chemotherapy drugs that generate free radicals.
Theoretically, antioxidants such as coenzyme Q10 might protect tumor cells from chemotherapeutic agents that work by inducing oxidative stress, such as alkylating agents (e.g., cyclophosphamide) and radiation therapy. The clinical importance of this interaction is unknown.
Warfarin (Coumadin)
Coenzyme Q10 is chemically similar to menaquinone and might have vitamin K-like procoagulant effects, which could decrease the effects of warfarin.
Concomitant use of coenzyme Q10 and warfarin might reduce the anticoagulant effects of warfarin. Four cases of decreased warfarin efficacy thought to be due to coenzyme Q10 have been reported. However, there is some preliminary clinical research that suggests coenzyme Q10 might not significantly decrease the effects of warfarin in patients who have a stable INR.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Theoretically, coenzyme Q10 might have additive effects with antihypertensive drugs.
Some clinical research shows that coenzyme Q10 can significantly lower blood pressure, although other studies have shown conflicting results.
