Creatine AAB
Description:Creatine is an organic amine that occurs naturally in the body and is also found in certain foods, such as meat and fish. It is stored mostly in the skeletal muscles, where it is used to generate energy during physical activity. Creatine is a popular over-the-counter dietary supplement, and some evidence suggests it is effective at improving exercise performance, particularly during high-intensity activities such as weightlifting and sprinting. However, the degree to which creatine supplements may improve exercise performance can vary depending on the individual and the type of physical activity being performed Creatine is generally well-tolerated but may cause some minor side effects, such as cramping and water retention in some individuals. Long-term use has been rarely linked to kidney problems, but its use is generally regarded as safe. There are several different forms of creatine available, with the most common form being monohydrate salt. Other salt forms, including di-creatine citrate and 'pH buffered' creatine, are also available.

Di-Calcium Phosphate
Description:Calcium is a vital nutrient found in various foods such as dairy products, certain vegetables, and many fortified items. Over 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the bones and teeth, predominantly as hydroxyapatite. The remaining calcium circulates in the blood, extracellular fluid, muscles, and other tissues, where it is essential for processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction, vascular activities, glandular secretion, and maintaining cell membrane and capillary permeability. It also plays critical roles in enzyme reactions, respiration, kidney function, and blood clotting, and is involved in neurotransmitter and hormone release, amino acid uptake, vitamin B12 absorption, and gastrin secretion. Calcium balance changes with age: it is positive during periods of growth, stable in adulthood, and tends to become negative in older age. Calcium loss occurs through feces, urine, sweat, and shedding skin cells. In women, reduced estrogen levels decrease calcium absorption and retention, increase bone turnover, and lead to lower bone mass. Calcium supplements come in various forms, including citrate and carbonate, which differ mainly in their calcium content and absorption rates. Calcium citrate is easily absorbed and can be taken without food, making it suitable for older adults or those with low stomach acid. In contrast, calcium carbonate, which contains a higher percentage of calcium, is best absorbed when taken with meals.

Precautions |
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not use if you are contemplating pregnancy, pregnant, nursing, prone to dehydration, or exposed to excessive heat.
- Allergen Warning: Manufactured on equipment which processes products containing soybeans, shellfish, and peanut flavor.
- Combining NITIRX(R) with alcohol may increase the risk of low blood pressure (hypotension) and/or low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) particularly in the fasted state.
- NITRIX(R) is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18-50 years of age.
- NOTE: Do not take glutamine supplements and NITRIX(R) at the same time as doing so may diminish its effects. Keep intake of glutamine supplements to 10g or less of glutamine daily. For more info see Q&A section of ww.BSNonline.net. To maximize the vaso-muscular volumizing effects take NITRIX(R) 3 times per day, every day.* Also consume 120 oz. of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the effects of NITRIX(R). Many users may notice the effects within the first 7-14 days of recommended use. Each week thereafter, the effects will become more pronounced. Other users may notice the initial effects after 14-21 days of use. Again, the effects will become more pronounced each week thereafter. NITRIX(R) begins to induce its maximum vaso-muscular volumizing effects in weeks 3-12.* After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks.

This effect should diminish after a few hours and should ultimately subside after days of continuous use. Although rare, individuals with the genetic disorder hyper Beta-Alaninemia should not use this product.
- Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches, or heart palpitations occur.
