Chanca Piedra
Chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is a small herb native to the tropical regions of the Americas. It is commonly known by other names, such as "stone breaker" and "seed-on-the-leaf," due to its traditional use in breaking up kidney stones and gallstones. Chanca piedra is used in traditional medicine to treat a variety of ailments, including kidney and gallbladder disorders, liver problems, and urinary tract infections. It is also believed to have antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties.

| Suggested/Recommended/Usage/Directions |
- For urgent and immediate use: Take one cup of tea 3-4 times daily for liver-gall bladder support & 6-8 times daily for kidney-bladder support on an empty stomach for up to one month or as directed by your health care practitioner.
For maintenance: Take one cup of tea once or twice daily on an empty stomach 5 or 6 days a week.
To Prepare: Add 4 level teaspoons to 5 cups of boiling water. Reduce heat and let simmer 15-20 minutes. When cool, strain tea and discard leaves. Make 4 cups of pleasant tasting and healthful tea. Serve hot or cold.
