Abciximab falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Chanca Piedra interacts with.

Theoretically, chanca piedra might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that methyl brevifolincarboxylate, a constituent isolated from chanca piedra, can inhibit platelet aggregation. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the thing to know about combining chanca piedra with abciximab (ReoPro). Abciximab is a strong IV antiplatelet medicine given in the hospital, usually during procedures like cardiac stenting, to keep platelets from clumping and forming clots. Lab studies hint that one compound in chanca piedra may also slow platelet clumping. If both nudge things in the same direction, the worry is a little extra bleeding, like easy bruising, bleeding gums, or oozing at IV or catheter sites.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based only on test-tube research, and hasn't been shown in people. Since abciximab is hospital-only, your care team is already watching your bleeding closely. Just be sure to tell them about any supplements you take.
