Absorption was significantly increased by 7-10 mcg/mL/hour. The time to eliminate carbamazepine was also increased by 4-8 hours. Although carbamazepine levels were increased, this did not appear to increase side effects. In vitro research also shows that piperine can increase carbamazepine levels by 11% in a time-dependent manner.

The evidence isn't yet established in the data we hold. Hemp oil extract, black pepper, clove, and GABA all show insufficient reliable evidence for sleep support or the conditions they're commonly used for, so we can't confirm whether this product works for that purpose.
Is this safe for kids?
