Lansoprazole, Amoxicillin, Clarithromycin falls under PROTON PUMP INHIBITORS (PPIs) — the group Aletris interacts with.

Theoretically, due to reports that aletris increases stomach acid, aletris might decrease the effectiveness of PPIs. PPIs include omeprazole (Prilosec), lansoprazole (Prevacid), rabeprazole (Aciphex), pantoprazole (Protonix), and esomeprazole (Nexium).

Prevpac is a combo pack: lansoprazole (a proton pump inhibitor that lowers stomach acid), plus the antibiotics amoxicillin and clarithromycin, used together to clear an H. pylori stomach infection. The concern here is only with the lansoprazole part. There are old, anecdotal reports that aletris may bump up stomach acid. In theory, that could work against the lansoprazole, which is trying to do the opposite, and you might not get the full acid-lowering effect you need for healing.

Honestly, this is a weak, theory-based worry with very little human evidence behind it, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, since you're treating an infection and want the medicine working its best, it's worth running it past your pharmacist or doctor before adding aletris.
