Here's the idea behind pairing alfalfa with Bimzelx (bimekizumab). Bimzelx is an injected antibody that calms an overactive immune system to treat conditions like plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. Alfalfa, on the other hand, may gently rev up immune activity. So in theory, alfalfa could push in the opposite direction and make your medication work a little less well, meaning your skin or joint symptoms could flare.

I want to be honest: this concern is theoretical, based mostly on lab studies and a few case reports, not strong human trials. Still, since Bimzelx works on your immune system, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding alfalfa supplements. Don't change anything on your own.
