Here's the gist with your combo allergy and cold product (the one mixing chlorpheniramine, methscopolamine, and phenylephrine) plus alfalfa. Some medicines in this group can make your skin a little more sensitive to sunlight, meaning you could sunburn faster than usual. Alfalfa, mostly because of its chlorophyll content, has been suggested in animal studies to do something similar. Put the two together and, in theory, you might be a touch more sun-sensitive.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on lab and animal data, not proven in people, and it usually only comes up with heavy supplement doses. Food amounts of alfalfa likely don't matter. Just use sunscreen and check with your pharmacist if you have questions.
