Ensartinib falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Alfalfa interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of alfalfa with photosensitizing drugs might have additive effects.
Animal research suggests that excessive doses of alfalfa may increase photosensitivity, possibly due to its chlorophyll content. It is unclear if this effect would be clinically relevant in humans.

Here's what this one comes down to: Ensartinib (Ensacove), a targeted cancer medicine used for certain lung cancers, can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Alfalfa, especially in concentrated supplement doses, may do the same thing, largely because of its chlorophyll content. Put them together and the concern is simply that the two sun-sensitizing effects could stack, meaning you might sunburn more easily than usual.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It's theoretical, based mostly on animal research, and we don't really know if it matters in real people. A little alfalfa in food is unlikely to be an issue. Still, since you're on cancer therapy, please run this past your oncologist or pharmacist before adding alfalfa, and wear sunscreen and cover up in the sun either way.
