Chlorpheniramine, Methscopolamine, Phenylephrine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Atractylodes interacts with.

Theoretically, atractylodes might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In animals, atractylodes administered at high doses has been shown to inhibit CYP3A1 activity, which is a homolog to the human CYP3A4 enzyme. This effect has not been shown in humans.

Here's the gist with this combo product, which pairs an antihistamine (chlorpheniramine), a drying agent (methscopolamine), and a decongestant (phenylephrine). The concern on file is that atractylodes might slow down a liver enzyme called CYP3A4, which helps break some of these ingredients down. If that enzyme works slower, a bit more of the drug could hang around, which in theory could nudge up the usual side effects: drowsiness, dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, or a faster or pounding heartbeat from the phenylephrine.

The good news is this is very weak, theoretical evidence seen only in animals given high doses, never confirmed in people. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you plan to use both, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first, especially if you already feel groggy or jittery on this medicine.
