Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Atractylodes interacts with.

Theoretically, atractylodes might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
Laboratory research suggests that atractylenolides II and III, constituents of atractylodes, reduce platelet activation. So far, this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the situation with these two. Streptokinase is a powerful clot-buster (a thrombolytic) given in the hospital for serious clots, like during a heart attack or a major pulmonary embolism. Its whole job is to break down clots, so bleeding is already its main risk. Atractylodes is a different story: in lab dishes, two of its compounds (atractylenolides II and III) seemed to make platelets a little less sticky, which could in theory add to bleeding risk.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. This is only test-tube and animal data, and it has not been shown in real people. Since streptokinase is only used in a closely monitored hospital setting, your medical team is already watching your bleeding carefully. Still, always tell them about any supplement you take. Never start or stop anything on your own.
