Bromfenac Sodium falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Atractylodes interacts with.

Theoretically, atractylodes might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
Laboratory research suggests that atractylenolides II and III, constituents of atractylodes, reduce platelet activation. So far, this has not been shown in humans.

Here's the thing with bromfenac (Prolensa, BromSite): it's an eye drop you use after cataract surgery, so very little of it gets into your bloodstream. The interaction on file lines up bromfenac with blood thinners because, like other NSAIDs, it can nudge up bleeding risk. With atractylodes, the concern is that lab studies hint it may make platelets a little less sticky.

I want to be honest, though: this is only test-tube and animal research, and it has not been shown to matter in people. Given how localized eye drops are, real-world bleeding from this combo seems unlikely. Still, if you bruise easily or had eye bleeding after surgery, mention the supplement to your pharmacist or surgeon just to be safe.
