Here's the simple version: Isradipine already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels, and banaba may nudge blood pressure down a little too. Stack the two together and those effects can add up, so your pressure could dip lower than you expect.

What that feels like in real life is things like dizziness, lightheadedness (especially when you stand up quickly), headache, or feeling unusually tired. The evidence here is fairly limited and mostly from smaller studies, so this isn't a reason to panic. Banaba is usually taken for blood sugar, but since it can also tug blood pressure down, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it, and keep an eye on your readings at home.
