Here's the thing to understand: Ambenonium (Mytelase) isn't a stimulant itself. It's a cholinesterase inhibitor used for myasthenia gravis, so it boosts a chemical called acetylcholine to help muscle strength. BMPEA, on the other hand, is an amphetamine-like stimulant that can push your heart rate and blood pressure up. So this concern isn't really about one drug changing how the other is broken down. It's about two separate strains on your heart at the same time.

I'll be honest, this interaction is theoretical and based on how these compounds are expected to behave, not on solid human studies. Still, mixing an unregulated stimulant with any prescription regimen makes me cautious. If you're considering a supplement that might contain BMPEA, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
