Brigatinib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.

Here's the gist for Alunbrig (brigatinib): your liver uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to break it down and clear it from your body. Lab studies suggest BMPEA can partly block that same enzyme (by about a third in a test tube). In theory, that could let brigatinib build up higher than intended, which may mean more of its usual side effects, like high blood pressure, slow heart rate, cough, shortness of breath, nausea, or fatigue.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based on lab data only, not on real patients. Still, BMPEA is an unapproved amphetamine-like stimulant that can raise heart rate and blood pressure on its own, which isn't a great mix with cancer therapy. I'd skip it and check with your oncologist or pharmacist first.
