Here's the thing to keep in mind: the pseudoephedrine in this combo product is itself a stimulant, the kind of decongestant that can already bump up your heart rate and blood pressure. BMPEA is an amphetamine-like stimulant, so stacking the two means you're essentially doubling up on that same push to your heart and blood vessels.

On paper, that could add up to a racing or pounding heartbeat, jitteriness, headache, trouble sleeping, and higher blood pressure. To be fair, this is a theoretical concern based on how these compounds behave, not hard human studies. Still, BMPEA isn't a well-studied or approved ingredient, and I'd steer clear of it. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything like this.
