Fluticasone Propionate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.

Here's the gist: your body uses an enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear fluticasone (the active ingredient in Flonase and Xhance). In lab dishes, BMPEA has been shown to slow that enzyme down by about a third. If that happened in real life, more fluticasone could hang around than usual, which in theory might nudge up steroid-related effects.

I want to keep this in perspective, though. This is a theoretical concern based only on test-tube data, not on people. With nasal fluticasone, very little gets into your bloodstream to begin with, so a big problem is unlikely. The bigger issue, honestly, is BMPEA itself, since it's an unapproved stimulant linked to heart and blood pressure risks. I'd skip it and chat with your pharmacist.
