Ubrogepant falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Beta-methylphenethylamine (bmpea) interacts with.

Theoretically, BMPEA might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA inhibits CYP3A4 by up to 37%.

Here's the gist for Ubrelvy (ubrogepant): your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear this migraine medication out. BMPEA appears, at least in lab dish studies, to partly block that same enzyme (by around a third). If that blocking happened in real life, ubrogepant could clear more slowly and build up, which may mean more of its usual side effects like nausea, drowsiness, or dry mouth.

I want to be honest that this is theoretical, based on test-tube data, not human studies. On top of that, BMPEA is a sketchy, unapproved stimulant that's best avoided on its own merits. If you take Ubrelvy, please run any supplement past your pharmacist or doctor first.
