Ibuprofen, Oxycodone falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

This combo of ibuprofen and oxycodone (sold as Combunox) doesn't actually interact with biofeedback in your bloodstream the way two medications might. The concern here is different. Certain types of biofeedback, specifically EEG (brainwave) biofeedback, have been linked to a slightly lower seizure threshold in some people, meaning the brain may become a touch more prone to seizures. The opioid part, oxycodone, can in rare cases do the same thing, especially at higher doses.

In plain terms, the theoretical worry is that stacking these together could make a seizure marginally more likely in someone already at risk. This is a cautious, mostly theoretical flag, not something most patients will ever notice. Still, if you have a seizure history, mention it to your doctor or pharmacist before starting EEG biofeedback.
