Ozanimod Hydrochloride falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Boswellia Serrata interacts with.

Theoretically, Boswellia serrata might alter the effects of immunosuppressive drugs.
Some in vitro research suggests that Boswellia serrata extracts might inhibit mediators of autoimmune disorders such as leukotrienes and reduce production of antibodies and cell-mediated immunity. However, other in vitro research suggests that, when coupled with calcium ions, boswellic acids containing the keto group have immunostimulant properties within specific cell signaling pathways.

Here's the honest picture: the concern with combining boswellia and Zeposia (ozanimod) is mostly theoretical right now. The worry is that boswellia tweaks the immune system in lab dishes, and Zeposia is itself a drug that calms an overactive immune response in MS and ulcerative colitis. On paper, the two could push your immune signaling in unpredictable directions, but we don't have real human evidence showing this actually happens.

What this means in practice is hard to pin down. Boswellia might add to immune dampening, or in some lab settings it appears to do the opposite. Because the direction isn't clear and Zeposia already affects your immune defenses, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding it.

Zeposia (ozanimod) is approved for adults with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) — including clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting MS, and active secondary progressive MS.
