Aspirin, Omeprazole falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract induces CYP2C9 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP2C9 substrates; however, this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist with Yosprala (aspirin plus omeprazole). In lab dishes, Bulbine natalensis appears to rev up an enzyme called CYP2C9. If that happened in real people, it could speed up how your body clears certain drugs, which might lower their levels. The omeprazole part of this combo is partly handled by that enzyme pathway, so in theory it could become a bit less effective at calming stomach acid, which is what protects your stomach lining from the aspirin.

Honestly, this is theoretical and only based on test-tube work, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. There's no human data showing it actually matters. Still, given the liver and kidney concerns with this supplement, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.

Here's the gist with Yosprala (the aspirin plus omeprazole combo) and Bulbine natalensis. In lab dishes, this plant seems to speed up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. The omeprazole side of your medication is partly handled by that enzyme, so in theory, revving it up could clear omeprazole a little faster and weaken its acid-blocking job. That matters because omeprazole is the piece protecting your stomach from the aspirin, so less of it could mean more heartburn or a higher chance of stomach irritation or ulcer.

That said, this is purely theoretical and only seen in test-tube work, never in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just loop in your pharmacist or doctor before adding this supplement, especially since it carries its own liver and kidney concerns.

Theoretically, combining Bulbine natalensis leaf with drugs that have anticoagulant or antiplatelet activity might increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis ground leaf extract inhibits platelet aggregation.

Here's the thing to keep in mind with Yosprala: the aspirin part already works by making your platelets less sticky, which is exactly how it protects you from clots, strokes, and heart attacks. The catch is that this same action also raises your bruising and bleeding risk a little. In lab (test tube) studies, Bulbine natalensis appeared to slow platelets down too, so layering it on top of aspirin could, in theory, push that bleeding risk up further.

I'll be honest, this is a theoretical concern based on lab work, not real patient cases, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or dark stools. Given the liver and kidney safety questions around this supplement too, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
