Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract induces CYP3A4 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates, but this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist for your Liptruzet, which combines ezetimibe with atorvastatin. The atorvastatin half is cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab and animal studies (not in people), Bulbine natalensis seems to rev up that enzyme. If that happened in your body, it could speed up how fast atorvastatin is broken down, leaving less of it around to do its job.

The practical worry is a weaker cholesterol-lowering effect, meaning your LDL might not stay as low as you and your doctor want. I'll be honest though: this is theoretical and based only on test-tube and rodent data, so don't panic. On top of that, Bulbine has raised liver and kidney safety questions, which is extra reason to check with your pharmacist or doctor first.
