Streptokinase falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Bupleurum interacts with.

Theoretically, bupleurum might increase the risk of bleeding when taken with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro research suggests that saikosaponins, constituents of bupleurum, can inhibit platelet aggregation.

Streptokinase is a powerful clot-busting medicine given in the hospital for things like a serious heart attack or a major blood clot. By its nature, it thins your blood and raises the chance of bleeding. Bupleurum could, in theory, add to that bleeding risk. Lab studies suggest its saikosaponins may keep platelets (the cells that help you clot) from sticking together, so stacking it on top of a strong clot-dissolver could tip the scales toward easier bruising or bleeding.

Keep in mind this is theoretical, based mostly on test-tube research, not real patient cases. And streptokinase is given under close medical supervision, where your team watches for bleeding. Still, always tell your doctor or pharmacist about any herbs like bupleurum before treatment.
