Lesinurad, Allopurinol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, cannabinol might increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that cannabinol potently inhibits CYP2C9 enzymes. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with Duzallo, which combines lesinurad and allopurinol for gout. The lesinurad part is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab dishes, CBN slows that enzyme down, so in theory lesinurad could build up a bit and you might see more of its side effects, like kidney strain, headache, or reflux. Keep in mind this is purely test-tube data, and it hasn't actually been seen in people taking these together.

So I wouldn't panic, but I also wouldn't ignore it. Since CBN products vary so much and gout meds are worth dosing carefully, please run it by your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and don't change anything on your own.
